Number three: Cardio is not needed to be healthy. As long as you are active, and are eating healthy foods, you are going to be in good shape without any machines.
Number four: cardio-vascular workouts aren’t going to improve how you perform at a sport.The aerobics machines do nothing to build your body for athletics and zap your energy rather than boost it. In fact, a reliance on cardio routines is going to set you up for higher injury risk.
Number five: Time. Cardiovascular routines take a long time and offer very little regarding results. Many people do them just because they are popular.
Just imagine what aliens from outer space would think if they saw the average cardio section of the gym: they’d think that earth had some serious issues.You can tell even further that cardio is a scam from the way so many people do other things while they’re supposed to be working out. If you want to lose 20 pounds, you’ll have to do some resistance training and intervals.
